In this section, we hope to provide a better understanding of our business with a short list of our most Frequently Asked Questions.
We have done our best to create a list of questions with brief answers relating to particular subjects for our customers and users of our website. However, please feel free to contact us for assistance if there’s something we haven’t addressed.

Requests for quotations
You may Submit Your Request for quotation via email or ring us during business hours. Please be sure to list or have the SKU (code) of the item(s) for request on hand.
All prices quoted are valid for up to 30 days from date of Quotation. Expired, Voided or processed will reflect current pricing.
All items from expired, voided or processed quotes can still be purchased from AIS TT at current prices. Prices that have been reduced after quote submission will be reflected on your invoice. Similarly, if prices have been increased after quote, we will honor (lower) prices as long as your quote is not expired, voided or previously processed and item is still in stock. Please not, items that have been discontinued cannot be purchased.
ORDERS
If you have details on what you need, we can source and deliver. Imported items will take between 5 days and 4 weeks, depending on product size and country of origin. Please call or email to ask about our terms on special orders.
To cancel an order that has already been placed, please reach out to our Customer Service Team directly at (868) 280-1234 or (868) 280-3353. We’re available Monday through Saturday from 7am to 7pm.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
Unfortunately, we no longer offer Tool and Equipment Rental Services. If you need Tool Rentals, one of our Sales Representatives would be more than happy to provide contact details of a provider closest to you.
Payment
While cash is king for now, we also accept most popular methods of payment; Debit Cards, Credit Cards, PayPal and Company Cheques.

AIS TT 30 Day Terms of qualified businesses the flexibility to pay via Cash, Credit Card, Cheque or Wire Transfer up to 30 days after items purchased are delivered. We do not charge interest nor late fees to qualified customers. You or your business will be notified when your payment is due via contacts provided with your invoice or statement. Please call about signing up for Net 30 Day Payment if you’re interested.
Customer Service
While we are primarily an E-commerce First Business, our Pick Up location (in Freeport) may have a few small items in store. Please call ahead to see if what you need is on our shelves in the quantity you desire.
We only offer wholesale prices on our brand of Diamond Tools; Red Rhino™ for you to resell at an MSRP. If you are interested in becoming a Distributor, feel free to call us to set up your Distributor Account.
